Bedspreads love ❤️

By | April 17th, 2016|"done", Bedspread, Classic square, Crocheted blankets, Crocheted cushion, patchwork, Patchwork crocheted bedspread, Patchwork crocheted squares, Uncategorized|7 Comments

Hello sweet friends,

I finally finished crocheting my girls bedspreads. I am very happy with how they turned out ❤️ and I hope that they will be cherished for many years to come and associated with many happy childhood memories ❤️

The girls love them. And I am very proud of myself because I accomplished such a big double project ?

The square is a classic one. You can find its pattern here in this blog in the header with the free patterns.

I joined the squares together as I go with a last round of 1sc 3ch 1sc all around the square and in the 4 corners.

For the edging I chose to do a simple one. I will maybe add some rounds to that edging in the future. But right now I love its simplicity ❤️

Yarn: Stylecraft special dk and Stylecraft life dk.

Hook: 3.5mm

That’s all for today my lovelies. I hope that you liked the bedspreads as much as I love them ❤️

Have a lovely evening!

Wooooow it seems like an eternity since I last posted!!! Hello sweet friends!! Sorry for being that bad blogger…. I am daily posting pics on Instagram and Facebook. I found it so much easier to post there instead of uploading pics and writing here. So if you are either on Instagram or Facebook please follow me there. I will be very happy if you do 😉

January is mostly done and it was a busy and productive month ♥

I’ve made a granny square scarf for me ♥

A south bay shawlette in the wonderful scheepjes merino soft yarn ♥

A granny squares cushion ♥

A corner to corner (c2c)cushion ♥

I loved working on this pattern. It is really lovely and quick to grow…

And I am currently working on my ripple blanket ♥

Using different yarns from my stash: Sylecraft special aran, scheepjes stonewashed XL, Nako vizon…

I love mixing different brands of yarn ♥

And I started two days ago a new project ♥ A granny squares blanket mixing different brands of yarn too (Same stash as my ripple blanket  shown above)

I am very very excited to work on this new blanket. Granny squares are my favorite ♥

That is all for January 🙂

Wishing you a wonderful weekend!

“I heart you” cushion

By | February 1st, 2014|amigurumi, Crocheted cushion, heart, patterns for sale, Uncategorized|5 Comments

The pattern is ready! It is an english written pattern with step-by-step pictures and it includes too small charts of the flower and the leaves that I sew on it 🙂

It is an amigurumi kind of pattern and you’ll need some chunky yarn (approximately 100 to 150g) , a hook, stuffing and a stitch maker.

Once you purchase the pattern, I’ll send it to you within 24 hours. Please be patient, sometimes it is night time in my country while it is the morning in yours. I’ll try my best to check on my mails 2 to 3 times per day 🙂

You can buy it from HERE.

Hope you’ll enjoy it!

Happy crocheting 🙂

I heart you!

By | January 30th, 2014|"done", amigurumi, Crocheted cushion, heart, Uncategorized|10 Comments

Good morning sweeties!

Remember the secret project I told you about in my previous post…

It is this very cute heart shaped cushion 🙂

Even though I don’t like the whole valentine thingy idea I love everything heart shaped and my home is filled with hearts 🙂

So, I thought about adding this sweet cushion to my place 🙂

I crocheted it with a chunky yarn and a 5mm hook and unraveled it twice before I could get the shape I was hoping for…

I love it and keep changing its place around the house 🙂

I took some step by step pictures and I’m preparing right now a full pattern which will be for sale here in the blog for a symbolic price of 3USD.

So, my friend, if you’re interested in crocheting this heart for your valentine or to add a warm touch to your home, prepare some chunky yarn and the right hook for it and wait for me…

I won’t be long… I promise…

I’ll try to post the pattern asap 😉

Love to all!
