Good morning,
How’s everything today?
Yes, I know, I made a promise to myself to finish my MONSTER before beginning any new project…but I received some Japanese books and I could not resist trying one of the lovely patterns….
I can tell you one thing: The Japanese crochet books are FANTASTICALLY WONDERFULLY BEAUTIFUL (is that a sentence? :)) I knew this before, because some of you bought already, but when you have one in your hands it is a totally new magical crocheting experience…
and you will judge by yourself when I’ll show you some of the pages…
So, I began, a new cushion…
A Mexican cushion… That’s what my husband name it 🙂
So, tell me, do you love the pattern? will it become a nice cushion?
I felt in love with this pattern and, the second I saw it, I began to crochet it:D:D
I took this pattern from this lovely book, I bought online from here.
Really really really if you love to make blankets, throws or even small projects I recommend this book…
I’m gonna show you some of the pages…yalla
This is a throw I will make for sure one day 🙂 (in the pic above) isn’t it beautiful?
Have a super tuesday!
Sucrette

Wow I love those colors too!
I seriously need to look into those Japanese crochet books one of these days!
Happy Crocheting!

Oh, how beautiful both the pattern and the colours and what a wonderful book to have 🙂
Oh I love them and that book – wow!
Hello Angie! What a wonderful book! Sure it’s full of lovely crochet patterns! How to choose…I love that with squares and lots of different colours!
Thank you for a tip! Wishes Teje
Wow, super…I am a little bit jealous…Enjoy!
LOVE this book! I have not yet purchased a Japanese crochet book, but Pompadour24 has long been an Etsy favorite of mine… just biding my time. Can’t wait to see what else you create! Thanks for sharing pics from the book – would love to see more as you go 🙂

Dear Sucrette,
WOW…I congratulate you on your new book … the Japanese books are just wonderful … so many pretty new ideas.
Wish you much fun and all your new work is beautiful and colorful, I like that very much.
I look better today not in the shop … maybe I need to buy a book otherwise…
Enjoy your Week and send you many Greetings,
Marion
Wow , what a lovely book . Thankyou for sharing :0)
Your mexican squares are great.

Beautiful fiery colours…and the book has some wonderful throws. Very inspiring 🙂
Wow, a book like that beats all the candy in the world. Simply gorgeous, and indeed totally wrong if you had committed yourself to a certain task. Who could resist trying at least one little project ?
The book looks fabulous … but is it easy to follow the patterns? I’ve been put off trying one of the japanese books so far as I like to have the pattern written out rather than trying to follow a diagram. I particularly like the throw in shades of brown – very subtle. Can’t wait to see your Mexican cushion finished too.
Hello-this is my first time visiting your blog and it is lovely. This blanket, I love the color combinations you have chosen. I enjoyed reading thru your older post. Thank you for sharing some of the patterns. Your work is beautiful and inspiring.
