Hello!
I like very much your blanket!!! I saw you make a border to the blanket. It looks very nice with that border.
Today I’ll sew some curtains.
Have a nice weekend!

Hi Flory! jusT a quick hellllllooooooo. 😀
Beautiful colors and beautiful blanket. I’m currently crocheting R2D2 and an Ewok.
“j’adore” et j’aimerais tant en faire une ! Mais je ne désespère pas et je crois que je vais me lancer.
J’ai hâte de voir ce que va devenir ta petite chose rose…
En attendant, je transforme mon début de “giant granny” en petit sac boule.
Je t’enverrai la photo.
Bon week end à toi et ta famille

I LOVE that border Angie… the blanket is gorgeous on it’s own, but with that border… oh my goodness I love it! I would love you to join in with our Beautiful Blogger Blanket of 2012 at my blog… what a treat it would be to have one of your squares in! Have a lovely day :)x
Hi, very nice vintage blanket, and I finished ripple in my hand I want to start this blanket, I have great jobs and are doing a very quick congratulations, have inspired a blog.
Hi Sucrette,
I always read your blog with much pleasure, I loooove your blankets and photo’s of yarn. But what did I spot in the last picture? A metal crochet needle, the one that gives you cramps in your hand? 😉 I just put a solution for that on my blog, maybe you’d want to take a look? 🙂 It’s here: http://nicollie.wordpress.com/2011/12/06/haaknaalden-en-potloden/ in Dutch, but you can see what I mean on the pictures. Do you have these grip thingies where you live? (Here, they sell pencils that have these grip thingies, so you just remove them from the pencil and place them on your crochet needle and it’s sooo soft!). If you can’t find them, please let me know, I’d be happy to send you some for a lot of comfortable crocheting. 🙂 🙂
Have a nice day!
Nicole
Thanks for your quick response Nicollie. I definitely going to look for them here in the UK, they must have them. Internet is also excellent for this, if not the First and only option sometimes. Take care and have a fantastic weekend!
Hola! Oh God, it is so pretty… and the basket too! I love it! I have been hunting for one like that with really bad luck :S.
Have a lovely weekend!
Lorena
Bonjour Sucrette !

Hello dear, beautiful photos! I especially love the last one. It invokes comfort & love. I could easily see myself curled up under the beautiful blanket while crocheting. Such lovely colors, what brand is the yarn? It looks very much like Vanna’s Choice. That’s the yarn I choose when crocheting blankets.
Have a wonderful weekend & God bless, ~ Jo ~
Another wonderful blanket! Thank you for sharing your work with us!
In Germany you’ll find a lot of different hooks…very few metal ones but a lot with comfortable handles. I bought some wooden ones…it took a bit to get used to them but it’s quite a smooth feeling when you work with them.
I love white’s blanket and the border is … guay!!

Beautiful. This blanket has been so pretty from the beginning but the border is perfect. How many colors are actually in it?
Teresa
Love the blanket. The colors are all so pretty. I need to do one of those. I have done a granny square blanket for my son but it was just one big granny. I guess doing a little at a time would not be too bad. We are having a lazy day here at our house. We plan to hang out, decorate ginger bread people, and hopefully I can sneek in some crochet when the kids are not looking. I have my puppy scarf finished, all I need to do is press it and add the eyes. My puppy snuggle blanket is almost finished as well just need to finish up the blanket part. Hope to have that finished by today then I have to sprint and get a penguin done for my sweet baby (12) girl. I hope your day is so very lazy. We all need some of those from time to time.
Hi, my pleasures for the day is taking care of a new puppy that arrived yesterday… the other 4 unfortunately did not make it so this one is very special and is called: ‘Lucky’. … in between feedings.. hook time. :-))))
Oh my goodness! Simply beautiful! I can’t wait to see the ta-da! And what could that “little something” be in the second to last photo? Could it be an amigurumi of some sort? Or maybe a larger version of your little stocking? I can’t wait to see! 🙂
Have a wonderful weekend!
Grace Ann

I love, love, love your blanket!!! I’m in the process of attaching all my GS’s and I’m doing the traditional black. I wish I would have done mine in white like yours. Maybe next time 🙂
Bravo !
Really pretty!

Your blanket is absolutely beautiful, as is the basket of yummy wool! I keep wanting to make a blanket like that, but the thought of all the stitching together makes me procrastinate deeply! x
Hello there ! Wow!!! I love the Colors! And your basket full of yarn is a work of art in it’s self. This weekend I will begin some amigurumi.
Have a great rest of your weekend.
Your blanket is so gorgeous! Beautiful colours and it looks so soft and cuddly. And your basket of colour looks wonderful and tempting 😉 I have something started in pink. Have the body and head done and started the arms but it is set aside to work on some stitching. Have a great weekend 🙂 hugs
