YES YES YES! My MONSTER IS DONE, FINISHED!! Hurray! I made the final border this week end! and I cant wait to show you the pictures! 20 pictures in total! so I have to warn you: Careful your eyes from all these mixed colors 🙂

This is my biggest-finished-by-myself-project : 260x220cm!!

This blanket is made with 42 squares in total. Each square made with 14 rounds. I used more than 26 yarn (I knew this because I weighed it) and more than 30 different color…
The yarn used is a 100% acrylic yarn: Stylecraft special DK bought online from here…

Congratulations Angie. It is amazing how fast you made this huge, and I really mean HUGE blanket. It is gorgeous in every single picture. I can imagine you feel empty now. Just go and sit on your couch, wrapped in this beautiful blanket and dream, because then you just must be in ‘crochet heaven’.
WOW!!! That came out GORGEOUS!! That is a LOT of work!! I always start big crochet projects like that and then never seem to finish them…. I always get lured away to some other crochet project that I saw somewhere and just have to make!! LOL.

I’m noticing that everyone is using Stylecraft acrylic–the colors are so delish, I may have to try it out. 🙂
