WOW WOW WOW I am sooo thrilled by all the comments you are leaving on the “giveaway” post π 149 so far π I wish I could make you all winners …
Today, some pics of my Kaleidoscope blanket’s progress…
What I like about this blanket is that I can not predict how it will turn out…I’m just making squares…making squares and enjoying these small 2 rounds without any idea for the joining method π
and when I crochet a small square and throw it in the bucket I feel like I just moved for 1mm a big mountain … What an accomplishment π haha
If you’re interested in the small square pattern you can find it here (just crochet with one color only the first two rounds)
Have a wonderful day!
Sucrette
P.S: The giveaway is still running here until August 15 ! Good luck!
Can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with all of these squares.
I can’t wait to see what this blanket comes to be. I’m so excited and the suspense is killing me!!! What kind of yarn is this?
That’s a lot of itty bitty squares alight, can’t wait to take a peek at your joining method.
Esther.
I have no doubt that whatever you decide to do with all those squares, however you decide to join them, it will be absolutely brilliant! I love easy projects that work up quickly … hope the joining will be just as quick. Have a great day! Tammy
Hi Angie! Your kaleidoscope project is beautiful! I love also your new header!

Eek! So cool! π
Hpw fast do you crochet?!? I’m giving away the giant granny square afghan I did on my blog ^_^
Hi Sucrette,
I’ve been working on a 2 row granny squares afghan for about a year now, on and off. I am joining them as I go, and using only 4 colors. I am aiming for about 1,000 squares to get the size I want π No hurry to get it done tho, I work on it when I’m tired of my current projects and need a break. And it’s too hot here in New York now to have a big afghan on you! I have not posted an update of it in quite a while, but here is an older post of it http://crochetnuts-place.blogspot.com/2011/04/new-on-hook.html .
I’m anxious to see yours when done, its so colorful….I know it will be gorgeous!
Happy crocheting!!!
Nancy
Love all those colors, what a fun blanket that is going to be : )
