Slow progress…

Hello lovelies!

Wooww I felt  really really blessed by all the wonderful comments you’ve left on my rainbow ripple! They were my only sunshine during these horrible days I’ve been through…

I’ve been so ill during these past days…A very bad cold with a very high fever and strong headaches…my small daughter Sarah too … We’ve stayed in bed, drinking hot tea and not feeling good at all… 3 hole days at home without holding a hook I think it never happened to me before 🙂

Thank you SOOO MUCH for all your sweet words … my medicine 🙂

Today, I’m feeling better…(Sarah too 🙂 )

and I have some pics to show you ( these were taken before I even finished my rainbow ripple but I totally forgot to post about them ) It is some slow progress I’ve made to my Love Birds bed blanket…

Today I feel very strong and I feel that I can crochet all day long 🙂

Hope you’re feeling at your best 🙂

Take good care and stay warm!

Sucrette

Looking lovely so far! Cant wait to see it all together. I myself have been battling a cold too. Its tough to get motivated to keep the pace when you are feeling icky. It sometimes does help to keep your mind off the cold though. Keep busy and have to tea.

Hey Angie, sorry to hear you and your daughter haven’t been feeling well. This is definitely cold and flu season, though thankfully we’ve been okay so far. Looks to me like you are making great progress on your new project. I started making granny squares today in all sorts of colors. I love making them as they work up so quickly. But so far, I’ve yet to make a complete granny square blanket to do any joining so haven’t quite worked that out yet. I’ll figure it out when I get to that point. Wishing you a great weekend. Tammy

Tu m’as inspiré à faire des couvertures!

Eep, I am a brand new follower of your lovely blog! I’ve also added you as a contact on Flickr too because your crocheting is just beautiful! My Mum has recently taught me the basics of this lovely craft and I hope one day I can get up to creating wonderful things like you do! So rainbow and happy 🙂 xo Jess
