Home…

Bonjouuuur my friend,

Yesterday I woke up in a full energy mode … I decided to make a big household …The closets of the girls needed a BIG time sorting out small clothes to giveaway, putting up (in the upper cabinets) the winter ones and getting down the summer ones…Here in my country the weather changes between cold and rainy to sunny and hot in a matter of two weeks in april …

So I emptied first the wardrobes on the beds…

and didn’t feel at all discouraged by looking at the mess produced…

The wardrobes were empty…so I cleaned them before sorting the clothes and putting them again inside…

This took me about a couple of hours and look at the result…

Nice looking and clean cabinets …

in a clean and fresh room 🙂

mmmh it feels so good when you’ve done your job and there is no more mess inside and outside 😉

Time to rest now for an hour with a cup of coffee and some crochet…

in my favorite room …

in my favorite chair…

below my favorite framed pic…

in front of my favorite green corner…

doing my favorite “thingy” 😀

It is my favorite kind of day 🙂

It’s been 1 year and two months since we moved to this house…but I feel like I’ve been here for ages…

I just love each and every corner of this place and I feel so blessed to love that much my home 🙂

Have a beautiful day my friend and thank you so much for being here…

Every day…

Good morning sweeties,

Every day, every single day, when the girls go to school and Hubby go to work, I begin my little walk through the house, looking around a smile on my face…

On the living room’s couch, there is always the same little mess, the kind of mess that I adore, the kind of mess I look at and my heart sings with joy…

the proof that we were all here yesterday evening, snuggled on the same couch, together enjoying family life … and this simple pic of my home’s mess makes my heart happy and my soul thankful 🙂

So, I do, every day, what all the mothers and the housewives around the world do, I pick up things from the floor (it seems I am picking all day long things from the floor), specially cushions and I try, as much as I can, to make home a less messy and a happier place to live in….Isn’t it our job ? 🙂

But today, with all the every day’s things I make usually, I have a small extra pleasure to share with you…my Christmas gift from me to me arrived two days ago 🙂 …(yes, the post in my country is soooooooo sloooooooooow…it takes ages to receive an online order…and sometimes you receive, sometimes you never 🙁

But this time, I received the  lovely books I was so waiting for…and I so want to show them to you…

Can’t wait to open them, smell their pages and enjoyyyyyy them 🙂

Hope you have, in your life, every day a small extra pleasure to enjoy… it can be anything…a lovely book… a big hug…a kind word…or a ray of sunshine…

Big big kisses,

on the go…

Good morning !

How are you feeling today? Are you still in “Holidays-mode” or did you get back to your everyday’s “routine”? I’m trying to get back to the routine-mode but it is quite hard…the girls are still at home and there is still mess everywhere and new toys in every room and this is getting me crazy…

I saw, once, a very cute quote: “Please excuse the mess, the children are making memories” This quote makes me smile and everytime I get mad about the mess around here I try to remember the quote 🙂

So, this is how we are spending our days, girls playing with their new toys while mummy  try to concentrate on hers …

…starting three new projects…

…One with her best friend her acrylic nako yarn…

… one with her cotton stash…

…and the last one with a brush and some colors…

It is always so exciting to start new projects…but to finish them is another story 😉

Will tell you more about each project later …Have to go now…There is some shouting coming from the playing room 🙂 the girls are surely making memories 🙂

Have a wonderful end of week!
